The Hybrid II jazz offers a slightly modern take on the classic jazz bass, with a thin U to D compound grip, and slim 38mm nut. The Alder body is two piece, high quality stock with beautiful graining as visible, especially on the back of the body.
The maple on maple neck is not commonly paired with an alder body, but it gives you a slightly crisper response than the more traditional rosewood option.
The small stainless steel frets allow for smooth easy play and a low action and the alnico pickups have even, accurate response, clarity, and punch.
