D-Fly range was a mid-high-end market dragonfly range launched around 2017. They retailed at about 330000jpy new, a good 50000-80000jpy less than their higher end 5 piece neck, Titan range which also had wooden pickup casing.
This model offers the same playability and exact same tone set as it has the same preamp and pickups, just at a lower price.
In my opinion , this is a better option than their more recent CL series modern P and J basses, because the preamp is the original dfb3 one, which has one of the best sound sets on the market.
