In excellent B+ condition for its almost 30 year vintage, this rare example of this model features the music man style headstock layout of the later builds shortly before production ceased in Japan.

Blade were manufactured by revered Osaka based makers Tune Guitar Maniac, between 1991 and 1999 for the Gary Levinson label, and feature top notch materials, craftsmanship, fretwork and playability.

These compete with your moon, Atelier Z, Bacchus and other similar high end modern jazz basses.

This one has pickups in a 70s spacing for an amazing quack on the rear and a great open glassy punch when balanced.

The hardware on this one is a grade up from earlier builds with the Leo Quan "badass" bridge and the Gotoh gb11w pegs.

The fretboard is a stunning ultra dense and uniformly black piece of ebony, the neck is of one piece riftsawn hard maple, with an slightly angled musicman style headstock for improved string tension.
