This is an early 2000s semi-order made Atelier Z very similar to the Xenon Ishikawa X44 signature.
It features black dot inlays instead of the standard pearl blocks and white binding and the controls are a little more advanced than the standard M245 of that time.
The body is a gorgeous piece of ash with a good strong grain that shows well through the transparent black gloss finish.
This beast plays like a breeze and sounds phenomenal! It would make an excellent work horse for the road and the studio.
Condition wise it gets a B ranking due to some buckle rash and putting on the back of the body. If it weren't for that it'd get a B+ as it is very clean in appearance from the front.
