In very good B+ condition for the era, with only minor blemishes around the jack plate, aside from which it is very clean indeed, 100% original and in excellent working order!
This model offers a modern take on the Stratocaster, with a 5 way pickup selector, master volume and master tone, a very smooth action and easy playability thanks to it's slim c grip.
Made in the 90s it offers quality craftsmanship that compares with Fender Japan, at a great price.
It was listed as an SSH-50 when we bought it, but having researched catalogs it looks the same as the SSH-1C and was probably made in Taiwan not Japan. Non-the-less it is still a good, reliable build.
The headstock appears to be between the earlier "The Function" series and the later original headstock shape.
