In good B to B+ condition ( lvery clean except for a few scuffs on the sides of the body as pictured) Healthy working order, with about 85% fret life left, this is a very rare edition of the Burner made in the early to mid 90s in Japan.
The Artist series was the pinnacle of the Japan made line up, featuring figured maple top and back, mahogany core, and walnut stringers and a 5 piece maple and bubinga neck. Stunning stuff!
The preamp is the original KS 2 band with bypass switch, coupled to the original jazz pickups.
The bridge is OEM in brass, with quick release top-loading capability.
The tuners are Gotoh GB7s, OEM for Ken Smith.
It's a high quality instrument made from top notch materials with excellent tone and playability.
Beautiful stuff!
