Absolutely stunning and rare build from Osaka based master builder Toshio Setozaki

Unfortunately these are no longer produced as Toshio fell sick last year and his business is on hold till further notice, so these may be the last opportunities to get a genuine Japanese made Real Bossa Design bass.

This one has a lovely light ash body in two pieces, topped with high grade 5A quilted Tamo Ash and in a satin finish for extra comfort.

The tuners are gotoh resolite GB528 dual color and the bridge is gotoh 404sj5 (this is customized option and the original bridge, a gotoh 203b5, is enclosed with the bass).

The neck is 1pc maple topped with fs maple. It has a pretty flat radius for low action and smooth play.

The inlays are stunning abalone dots, and the frets are vintage style, medium flat crown in steel.

The pickups are custom humbuckers and the preamp is a 3 band custom shop one with cut notch and boost on each, Bass, mid, treble.

There is a volume and balance control, and a series parallel switch that in combination with the balancer, allows for many variations for the pick ups.

The knobs are milled ebony, beautiful stuff!

The bass comes with a high grade gig case and ships globally for the listed price!
