Refund policy

Damaged or defective goods: Damage / defect on arrival must be documented, photographed along with packaging in order to file a claim. We will work with you to get either a repair fee paid, a partial refund, or negotiate a return for a full refund.

 

Not satisfied with / don't like the product?

14 day return policy. Item must be returned in original condition to get full refund within 14 days of receipt. 

NOTE: For returns due to personal preference buyer pays return shipping.
