Good, B rank condition for vintage.
This is a 70s Matsumoto Musical Instruments Alliance build, most likely.
The neck is interestingly, maple on elm, with a moderate c grip and a 42mm nut width.
The body is ply with layers of agathis, camphor, natto wood and maple top and back veneers.
This produces a round, wooly sound with mellow highs.
The pickups are quite hot ceramic type, so have good output.
The tuners are small box type with good smooth action and hold the tuning reliably.
The bridge is a vintage L plate type with steel saddles.
Action wise you can get a nice low setup, and the truss is still healthy, operating in both directions.
Fret wise, there's about 70% left, and no discernible issues with buzz.
It's a good bass for little money.
It is also not too heavy, weighing in at about 4.1kg
